Research Interests: (1) neonatal infection & antimicrobial stewardship (2) neonatal haemodynamics & Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography and (3) childhood outcomes of at-risk infants

Dr. Ting is an academic clinician, devoted to improving neonatal health. As a Staff Neonatologist, he cares for high-risk infants born at the threshold of viability as well as those requiring surgical intervention and multi-disciplinary care V体育官网.

He has had a prolific research output throughout his clinical and research posts, including >90 peer-reviewed publications in high impact factor journals (H-index 20) and two book chapters. He is currently the Associate Director and co-Chair of the nosocomial infection group of Evidence-Based Practice for Improving Quality (EPIQ) initiative, a national multi-disciplinary collaboration that facilitates the implementation of evidence-based practice changes to improve neonatal outcomes VSports手机版.

His goal in the next decade is to improve newborn care in Canada and worldwide, through clinical research, education and advocacy.
