Elizabeth Hall is the Associate Vice Chancellor/Title IX Coordinator and leads the University Compliance Office (UCO). Prior to this role, Elizabeth was an UCO investigator, UCO assistant director, and the ADA Coordinator. Prior to joining the University, Elizabeth was a litigator and clerked on the North Carolina Supreme Court. Elizabeth has a B.A. in Economics/Mathematics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the Duke University School of Law. Report & Response
Report and Response Managers can be reached by email at reportandresponse@www.qiuluzeuv.cn or by phone at 919-445-2759. Report and Response Managers work with individuals reporting incidents of or responding to allegations of harassment and discrimination based on protected status, interpersonal violence, sexual violence, stalking, and workplace violence. They can help to explore support and resources, including supportive measures to address safety and well-being, and can help individuals with making a formal report to the University and/or local law enforcement VSports app下载.
Cassidy Johnson is the University’s Director of Report and Response in the University Compliance Office (UCO). Prior to this role, Cassidy was the Policy Specialist and Grievance Coordinator at the UCO. The Accommodations team works with students and employees to provide accommodations based on disability, religion, and pregnancy. The Accommodations team also operates the UCO’s Testing Center, where students with disability accommodations for testing can take their tests and exams V体育官网. The Accommodations team also partners with offices across campus to promote physical, digital, and programmatic accessibility.
Tiffany Bailey is the University’s Director of Equal Opportunity/Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator. In this role, Tiffany is responsible for overseeing the University’s compliance efforts related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and equal employment opportunity laws. Prior to this role, Tiffany was the Director and Section 504 Coordinator for Accessibility Resources and Service (ARS) at the University. Tiffany has a B.A. in Communications from Western Illinois and a Master’s of Science from the Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University. Simon Bloor is the Deputy ADA & Section 504 Coordinator for the UCO. Investigations
The Investigations team conducts investigations of reports of workplace violence, sexual assault, interpersonal violence, stalking, retaliation, protected status discrimination and harassment, and other related misconduct.

Compliance and Communications
The UCO has a variety of policy, compliance, and communications functions that are carried out by a team of professionals.
Kathryn Winn is the Senior Compliance Manager/ Interim Grievance Coordinator for the UCO. In her role as Interim Grievance Coordinator, Kathryn coordinates the University’s SHRA and EHRA non-faculty grievance processes. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked as the Report and Response Manager. Prior to joining the University, Kathryn worked at the University of North Carolina Wilmington as a victim advocate.
