🚨Paper Alert. 🔔🥳 Delighted to share our commentary "Next-generation multiplex-edited CAR-NK cells: more edits, more power. " in Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer BMJ. Together with Dimitrios Laurin Wagner, we shared our thoughts on the first multiplex base-edited non-viral CAR-NK cell publication by Wang et al. They demonstrated highly efficient BE, improved persistence of non-viral CAR-NK cells and strong anti-tumor capacity - but they also reported in vivo toxicity. What do you think about V体育2025版. We concluded: Multiplex base editing shows a great promise for precise engineering of primary NK cells to improve their intrinsic anti-tumor capacity.
