The Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies enriches the real estate experience at UNC Kenan-Flagler for our students, faculty, alumni and employers. Our primary goal is to create a community of real estate practitioners engaged in lifelong learning and career development. We offer many resources devoted to creating a “Real World, Real Estate” experience for our students, leading to unparalleled career success for our graduates. The Center is funded entirely through the generosity of alumni and friends of our real estate program.
