The following type of comments are prohibited and violate this comment policy:

Comments containing personally identifiable information, such as Social Security Numbers, home or business addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers;

Comments containing threats of harm or violence towards individuals or groups, including HHS and/or CDC staff or towards personal property;

Comments containing profanity, nudity, obscenity, or vulgarity, including images of or links to such material;

Comments containing explicit promotion of commercial products or services.

We do not routinely moderate posted comments, though we reserve the right to hide or remove comments in violation of this comment policy.
